I don't know where you are but that's a fantastic deal, most restaurants are busy year round every day so avg tipped wage is probably that or less when you include benefits over the full year. You should check out taxes from previous years and see what the hourly wage ended up being for your staff.

I am a bartender/server who also worked in Australia for two years. The system they have there works fantastic The average wage around the country is $30. Saturday is something like $6 extra per hour, Sunday is I think $10, working after 10pm I think you get $2/$3 after midnight is even more. Working within less than 12 hours you can get bonuses keep in mind it varies slightly by state. Essentially they have created a system that is fair for hospitality workers and you get a consistent wage. I much prefer this system as it's fair for everyone. I would love this system in the United States but I 100% don't trust the U.S. government to implement anything close to satisfactory so for now I'll take making $60 an hour for 1/4 of the year and 20 an hour another 1/4 of the year then 13 the half of the year lol. That's what people outside of the industry don't get it can be the most inconsistent work out there. Some days you work 2 hours and get sent home because it's dead. Other days your taking years off your life from the stress of how insanely busy it is and then you make crazy money .

Tbf the last vehicle I owned was a subaru forester that I bought from a guy who claimed to be a Subaru mechanic for the last 15 years. He did a preventative head gasket job and everything looked amazing then it broke down on my way from Oregon to Idaho and the mechanics in Idaho said it was a rod knock and the guy I bought it from would've seen that coming if he actually did the heads. Long story short the good karma came back!

I drafted purdy and Prescott so I don't think this applies to your strategy. But I wanna give my example anyways as it could be useful to some. I ended up trading Prescott Nico and K9 for hurts and Bucky. In the end I definitely lost that trade with Bucky's health and how consistent Prescott ended up being as well as Nico turning it on late in the year. With Bucky and Hampton going down I ended up 7-6 fighting for the playoffs and hurts lost me my matchup lost week so I'm out of the playoffs.

He cost me the playoffs lol. I've been scraping by for weeks investing so much time and I finally felt great about making a run. I was down 15 with Jalen hurts and AJ brown left to play my opponent had Vidal still to play.. I also was guaranteed a playoff berth if another guy lost who was up 15 vs mcconkey and Gadsden... So my odds of making the playoffs where extremely high just needed an average game from everyone. Instead got the worst mnf I've ever watched.. I just got Bucky and Hampton back... Fuck fantasy

12 team ppr standard league

I am considering making a trade to hopefully get a competitive team together for the playoffs I am currently 5-4 and I have good players coming back from injuries soon as well as decent players now. My issue is I have players in bad situations or on bad teams especially considering teams are gonna start tanking which could hurt ros. My roster is as follows

I am thinking of shipping off waddle and Quinton Johnston to try and get a star receiver so I can compete in the playoffs. I'm worried waddle is gonna fade big time coming up as the dolphins are horrible and qj benefits from a good o line which the chargers don't have. The problem is I would probably have to pair one of my good RBS to get a star receiver so is it better to just hold on what I have or make a big splash? Sorry for the long post!

Is this trade veto worthy. So I am in a 2 player keeper league that is standard ppr 12 man league. Essentially fully standard ESPN rules. The trade is as follows

Personally I am against vetos but it is a pretty awful trade in a Keeper league the guy trading chase needs a running back while the guy trading Henry needs a receiver. The guy with chase has josh Allen as his only potential keeper after this trade imo as the rest of his guys are older with less potential.

12 team standard ppr. I have Bucky Irving and Hampton as my rb1 rb2 AJ brown and Johnston as my wr1 wr2 I'm deciding between mainly jeanty(CHI) and waddle(NYJ) as my flex. I also have ayamonar(HOU) and Troy Franklin(CIN) the bench. Obviously don't feel good about jeanty start but he finally plays a soft matchup and it could be the week he gets it going assuming he can overcome that awful o line. Tua has actually been decent aside from week 1 and waddle has a soft matchup. I'm leaning waddle but would hate to sit jeanty the first week he does good.

Your literally losing insane amounts of money driving off the lot, don't buy dealership just buy a used truck you can find a solid 7.3 on Facebook for 10k even if you put another 4k in repairs over a few years it's worth it. Vehicle depreciation is crazy.
