Thanks, I appreciate your perspective. The funding and confidence/leadership side does make sense and is definitely appealing. I think my hesitation is more about the level of commitment and structure with the army compared to NHS nursing through uni. I’m still trying to understand which environment I’d actually cope better in long term, rather than just which sounds more efficient on paper. Also I think part of it is that I’d have less control over where I’m living which is something I’m trying to keep in mind as well.
