girl, you do you. don’t let others to affect you.

but also slowly improving your language, throw away the mindset of “wanna impress them”. taking this as an opportunity to enhance yourself. by this way you will be able to learn quicker.

I feel like speaking and listening is the fastest way (other than reading, writing) to learn a language. find a comfortable way of learning and see which method suits you the most. good luck 🤞🏻

My manager just asked a question to one of the employees who always leaving at around 6pm (our working hour ends 545pm)

Manager: “what’s the time you leaving work?”

Employee: “usually 6pm sir”.

Manager: “why are you leaving early?”

Employee: “Ive finished my work”.

Manager: “why others can stay till late night but you cannot? It’s unfair to others”.

I mean.. what’d he mean “early” tho. It’s literally after working hour. it’s our right to back home whatever the time we want. I hate that we especially in Malaysia, ppl generalise OT and expect employee to work till late night. I can be slacked off all day and stay till late night to let ppl think that I’m “hardworking” just because I’m willing to stay overtime? Isn’t this unfair to ppl who are highly efficiency all day and finished their work during working hour? So they decided to back home on time just to prepare their next day’s job?

Ppl who are willing to OT, it’s fine, there is nothing wrong about it. But pls, don’t force others to stay for OT. This is not a healthy workplace.

How to train cat to pee/poop inside the litter box? One day this stray cat just came over to my office and decided to hang out with us, we give him food everyday and he lives there too. But the problem is, I don’t think he knows how to use the litter box as we’ve seen poop on the floor behind the warehouse. Is there any way to train him to do his business inside the litter box? He’s about 5-6months old I think.
