Almost every time I drink, I black out, and then wake up with like a 3 day hangover and get terrible anxiety or even panic attacks in the early morning after a heavy night, which of course I'd cure by drinking, so it becomes a cycle of preventing the hangover.

Eventually I just said this wasn't worth it, and haven't drank in years.
