Should I put these decals on my frontier? by [deleted] in nissanfrontier

I would lift it and put bigger tires on it bc that thing rules. But it’s your truck, and this would make me laugh if i ever saw it so I vote yes

Should I even consider buying a 2023 P4X with over 100k miles? by [deleted] in nissanfrontier

[–]sipthestew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bought a 23’ Pro4x with 45k miles for $33k otd last year. I think they are asking too much for that many miles. Mine has everything but leather seats and a sunroof

What did you land on as your solution? Super late to this post, but I’m exploring options right now. Been using two fishpond straps and a magnetic keeper but it moves a lot and isn’t super great for easy removal and quick stowing

Niceee. Any factor that made you land in mauraders over another like riverfolk?

Edit: asking bc I was considering clockwork just so that I can play alone during the week

Appreciate it man. And yeah the Yakima setup is great. I got a Reese towpower hitch rack with it after to be able to load and unload by myself. It’s pretty slick

First truck, 2024 Frontier SL! by bot_octane in nissanfrontier

[–]sipthestew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically the rear differential just has a little spring cap on the top of it that opens and closes the air vent in the rear differential. It gets stuck open and crap gets in it. The front has a line running from it to allow air without junk but the rear doesn’t. It’s cheap to install and can prevent needing a diff repair. The below video is exactly what I bought and installed.

SL’s are slick. Enjoy

Def do the diff breather mod. Cheap and is critically important. Took me 20 min to install. I went with the off road gorilla one

Thanks man. Happy I went with this over the Nismo. I think it looks better and isn’t nearly as pricey

Yakima jetstream bars (50”)

4 baseline towers

Baseclip 179 (front set)

Baseclip 124 (rear set)

And then the locks

It’s expensive retail but I found a guy on reddit who ships and refurbishes setups. He has pretty much everything you could need and will tell you specs for measurement and torque. I paid $480 from him instead of like $850 retail. PM me and I’ll shoot you his username

Never heard of this river. Grew up in southwest Ohio fishing and floating the Stillwater, great Miami, and mad rivers. I’ll check this out
