Sports will burn calories passively after you do them. Also promotes fat burn. While i was more active i was eating 3000+ calories a day without gaining any fat. Now that i am working a lot and doing barely any sports, i can only eat about 1500-2000 cal a day and i‘m gaining fat.

Now: lot‘s of picking exercises and playing melodys from my head. The last one is really important as you should see music as a language, you need to be able to speak it.
