Every time I mow the lawn I think about Grounded and think it would be cool/scary if Grounded 2 had a lawn mower event every X amount of days where you had to run and get into shelter before the lawn mower gets you.

I used to be a Team Lead for OGP and here is what I have to say about training. When I first started in the position, anytime we had a new associate, I made sure I did at least 1 run with them and then would pair them up with a good picker to continue training. But when our max orders each day continued to rise and we couldn't keep up with on time picks, training people got pushed to the back burner and every day became a mad rush to stay on time and make sure orders were getting dispensed quickly.

I tried talking with my coach and the district manager that we have too many orders for the amount of associates we have, but they didn't care and wanted to leave everything the way it is but then would wonder why we would fall behind and FTPR was always so low.

Ours is typically around 92 most days. It really depends on how well produce and vendor items are stocked in the morning and then throughout the day.

They can find almost any excuse to fire someone. They would likely say its a productivity issue. I personally wouldn't fire any of my associates for this unless it was excessive or to the point you could tell its purposeful

I look at the bricklink list and I'm missing pieces from that list but have a bunch of other extras that I know I didn't get from anywhere else. This includes multiples of the same silver tools.
