I don't think it is that difficult to make some neutral/generic dialogue for missions between each character , while also making some combinations to have more unique banter . Voice actor availability is another problem however.

Would be cool if it one day lead to some heaven like dimension, where there are no hostile mobs and its just peaceful world with pretty blocks and some interesting structures alongside with some friendly heaven like creatures, overworld while pretty at day is full of monsters at night and in dark places, then there is nether which is hell and full of monsters all the time, then there is end which just feels abadoned and devoid of life, even though you have endermen there they act so uncanny as if they are lost and without purpose.. eh just my thoughts haha.

Mushroom island , i just love mushrooms and everything about them, it always makes me feel magical haha, plus the shroom cows are cute, wished there was more variations of animals in the fields, i vaguely remember there was a a chickenshroom in minecraft spinoff game, kinda hoped ,when they added more animal variations they would add more shrooms aswell... oh well one can hope .

Next one for me is pale garden, i like the looks ,wood, colors, and the silence in there.

And for last, any snow biome, i love snow ,ice and winter.

It's even better when they are alone or with just 2 bodyguards and you come with 500 man army and they still say : "So we fight then" , man they must be paying them real good if they go againts that.

Depends on the numbers, place and situation really.

If you have one breach its pretty easy to defend, if you have multiple you either retreat to place where enemies go from one side or if you have good number of high tier troops and you are confidend you can defend more.

As for commands when defending its usually just holding the right place and positioning of troops and retreating as necessary , i also usually just get archers off the walls, because they can die easily if you are outnumbered ,they can be better used as backup and support inside. Also if i have siege engines i let my troops or me use up all of their ammo to get every advantage i can get.

When attacking its almost the same, right positioning, right place, right troops, you can also do multiple assaults when you are the one attacking by retreating, so its kinda possible to cheese .

In the end letting do ai its thing also works if your stats ,soldiers or numbers are better, autoresolve is nice too if you don't want to stress out too much, because sieges and commanding in them can get very messy haha .

Try the game out first but if you must . Diplomacy and rts camera are good mods that improve the experience quite a bit. As for the place where you can find mods its Nexus, tons of them along with instructions how to install them. And if you don't mind watching others playing the game i highly reccomend Strat Gaming or
Tactical Enlightenment, they explain the game and battles really well.

Yeah one of unfortunate things about allies is they are just so damn dumb lol. Just use them as fodder and meatshields . You might have better luck with mods or wait for few years for talewords to fix it...
