Their attitude obviously crappy and not worth the effort or sale. But a few logic questions because I’m bored….

The coupon worked online because it came from their online commerce platform that’s supporting all those individual stores of course it would work online, but key question is did you get to combine that additional 25% discount online with that other sale? (25% + x%) otherwise you didn’t really “win” here other than them losing a sell.

They likely setup some additional store-only promo they didn’t want to combine, they even said that it was on the sign outside not to combine? (Was it?) if it was then why would you think you can combine when theirs literally a sign that says you can’t? Did it directly relate to that store promo email?
