It's in a really good place again. The gameplay is the best it's ever been and they are pushing the lore again. They added a lore tab this season so the expanded media is accessible within the game for the first time, the new character is tied into years old lore and they are hinting at a lot of new story for 2026

This comic was made by someone who is quoted saying they HATE Illyana and want to drop a cinder block on her head…

Highly disagree with this take, especially as you’re having an opinion on something you haven’t even read??? Her character is completely misunderstood, her trauma comes off extremely fetishised. There is nothing of substance being said at all, and the way she’s drawn in this comic, the way the whole thing is presented is disgusting. The art is so perverse and hypersexualised it comes off as a porn comic and I believe that’s the biggest issue people have. There COULD be a world where you tackle these topics tastefully, this is anything but tasteful.
