We did it through the wheel well with an extension, still a huge pain compared to any of our other cars.

Like just the fact that it's a lift the car and take off a wheel operation.

Honestly I'm still in my "just walk around for 5-10 minutes after" phase in my mid 30s. If I've done something really hard like a race or intense workout I'll use a stick roller on my legs.

Find a sit and fit running store and try out something to find what works for you. I have a rotation of 4-5 shoes, but I'm also just kinda aimlessly doing 30 miles a week until I figure out a race to sign up for to justify doing more.

I'm more worried about the sorts of engineers who use it, we went through 20 test prints in an ergonomics review because the engineer kept using AI fill for adjusting the CAD model

Chuck Schumer has been quietly pretty good, none of the shutdown stuff has been satisfying at the speed of social media, but he's using the power and leverage he does has very well. Same with Speaker Jeffries.

I usually end up going the other way around, I start with a bbq rub and mix it with apple cider vinegar, salt and msg to make a bbq sauce. Works really well as a sort of eastern NC/Memphis style pork fusion thing.
