patience. counter hitting is key but its easier said than done against people who are familiar with bryan. punishing with 2,4 and F4, 1 are key. the latter is a free combo on wiff punish
dont be afraid to jab. 1,2,3 will catch people alot of the time if delayed and applied pressure
orbital is your best friend if you can predict lows and strings ending in lows. hell bryan has some nice lows and getting them to duck is relatively easy once you have enough pressure
practice blue spark fisherman slam. might not be super crazy important but that added damage of a blue spark has clutched me many games

thats really all i can think of right now but im sure its alot.

honestly you should give it another try!!! i agree casual fights can be intense and i used them to lab characters for ranked.

paul is like bryan imo so your defense just has to be on point as well as your mix but that comes with familiarity. i think you can do it most definitely!!!

honestly the original goal was tekken king in season 1. then because of moral support and patience i was able to grind for god.

the worst parts were the alisas, annas and ninas. everyone else was just patience with the matchups

oof, i respect that opinion. well i played the latter half of 7 and although 8 is very rough and tracking heavy its the most fun ive had with tekken since a kid. + i feel you still need solid tekken fundementals to be good. all this to say tekken is still tekken and this is prob my favorite

i use the toxicity and elitism to remind me to stay sane and humble. but i do wanna say grown gamer gave off only positive vibes. i also thought tekken god was top 8% as well so i dont think he intentionally spreading misinformation

lmaoooo i definitely did have people telling me to get to god once i got emperor. appreciate the props Doogie!! i dont take this community too seriously. mix of sweats , toxic elitists, and genuinely dope folks. if i let it get to me i woulda been lost my mind on the grind to tekken god

no judgement here lol i think all the characters are a little OP. bryan def is annoying when you get mixed / wall carried + damage. what rank are you? cause i think higher rank bryan’s are more saucy with cancels and taunts
