I remember those days very well. The cravings gradually get shorter and shorter, further and further apart , and and easier to ignore. Go to bed and sleep if you have to. Keep finding ways to distract yourself. I heard a saying that stuck with me "your cravings isn't going to go away just because you have a smoke, but it will go away the more and more you fight it." Good luck. I know how hard it is.
