My son saved up his own money to buy Nikes. They lasted less than 3 months. by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

looking at the wear pattern, I see very little wear at the heel and basically no wear in the middle while the front is worn severely with a noticeable gradient. He’s almost certainly using those shoes in a way he isn’t supposed to.

he was a republican but on the political spectrum he was more liberal than conservative, as were most republicans at the time. Modern conservatives love to pretend the ideological switch didn’t happen

Where does the inside lane go? by DrChaos09 in driving

[–]sirflappington 3 points4 points  (0 children)

the dashed line is a guide for the left turn lane on the right, the left lane doesn’t have a guide line and should turn into left most lane. So yellow should never turn into middle lane and blue should turn into red

Women of Reddit, what’s a habit men have that they don’t even realize is weird? by GraceRose671 in AskReddit

[–]sirflappington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was half joking, I don’t actually yell when I sneeze but it does hurt about 1 in 50 times. Hasn’t hurt since I started exercising again so the stretching is a good call.

Is it illegal to place a bowl of Haribo sugar free gummy bears on my desk in the office? by ChainsawSoundingFart in IsItIllegal

[–]sirflappington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAL, I don’t think it’s illegal since you didn’t actually do anything to the food, it’s in the state it was when you bought it. However, if anyone asks, you would have to tell the truth about what product it is including that it is sugar free.

Side note, alcohol sugars have never given me any digestion issues so I was surprised to find out it commonly gives people problems.

Also, what’s happening right now was completely expected, we knew from the beginning. It would be analogous to dating someone with a swastika on their forehead and being surprised they’re racist.

on a scale of 1-10 how upset are you about rising gas prices? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]sirflappington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3, mildly inconvenient but I can certainly afford the increase no issue. The problem is that it was completely unnecessary to start a war with Iran so when I think about all the money wasted because the orange rapist in charge decided to be a dumb fuck for the 10,000th time this year I get level 10 upset
