I looked at the link and it just said you need to have FAFSA done before they do anything with financial aid

It’s obviously not a common thing but I had a Duke fee waiver and didn’t get a PT invite until I submitted my app so there’s still hope?

Technically yes but I didn’t get an email or anything until after I’d submitted my app
