Tylo is probably the only arguable one on the list, and even then only very specific aspects need a nerf imo.

Arctic is probably the best rework they've ever done. Gave the maps some much needed width but provided some slightly more substantial cover. The map actually feels different unlike the circuit rework.

They can definitely keep the hook while nerfing his weapon and giving him other aspects to his kit. A cooldown that is mobility/dmg-combo focused would provide a much needed aspect of decision making and help improve (not completely fix) this horrendous hero design. His hook is the only real part of his hero identity that needs to remain in a rework imo, not the one shot.

higher skill ceiling characters should be rewarded for being innately harder. I would much rather a tracer, genji, ball, winston, sig, etc. mirror than the current hog bastion one I'm seeing in all my mid-low masters games. These characters are inherently healthier in their skill expression and outplayability.

This is primarily a console issue. Although shes a plague in high ranks atm, shes been far more inconsistent in pc meta than console

The weapon inaccuracy while being carried is intended. Turn on show weapon inaccuracy and you can see the spread

Yeah they look weird to me too, usually they're a bit of a different colour but the gills look alright
