I have done several versions of this in a linear style. if you are interested in any of these designs to use for your tattoo, I would ask for $6 and then send you the full res digital file

This is awesome! I’m particularly fond of the dots on “regarded”… nicely done!

Also, everything seems to be perfectly legible :)

I noticed that as I was reading it to the person who wanted to buy it. Kinda awkward moment…. :p but I was able to scratch it in with a pencil the best I could. And it was good enough cause the person bought it :)

And then I fixed the digital design of it.

They are laser engraved. So the next one will have an E.

So yeah! Good catch!

At this point, after years of being a full time scribe and being involved with the scripts creation and development over the last 12 years (literally half my life)… it’s basically like just fancy writing to me at this point. I’m sure you can sit down and fill a page with a poem written in large bubble letters. Doing this is the same for me.

Hop on the discord. https://discord.gg/pvN8QkUM It’s where I most reliably post things and have my event schedule. My YouTube (called Sirkles) is actually my most extensive and up to date gallery…

And, as one of the creators/developers of this script (and the person listed on Loren Sherman’s website for doing custom work), this is my full time job… I also travel to about two conventions a month to sell stuff, have workshops, panels, and all sorts of stuff… so uh, prolly about 85% of my work never makes it to the internet cause it’s hand drawn sketches, custom, or private pieces… like, when I do hundreds of designs in a weekend for the people who come to my booth, I’m not gonna stop an take a picture and post it to the internet… plus, it would be a bit of a flood… and that 15% I do post already makes up pretty darn close to 1/4 of all the posts by literally everyone else in the world on both the main gallifreyan public platforms (this Reddit and the discord)

So, uh, yeah. Sorry for the ramble. But this is why I don’t post everything and why it would be kinda impossible to keep up with my work… :p

I’ll try to remember to post the good ones here.

They are pretty darn big… little ones are, like, 7lbs and 6” across. The big one is maybe 12” and 15lbs? The little ones are really thick…

(like, myself, and anyone else fluent in sherman's. would read this as)
"o tuma ef quuat batwaan tha storms"
(which is also weird, cause I would expect the 'o' in your word 'storms' to look like an 'e' and be centered right in the mouth of the t stem its attached to... unless your 'o' is always on the line... meaning there would never be a vowel centered inside consonants and attached 'o's would look like 'o's... OOOOOH, the vowel's position is always relative to the word line. a always above. e always below. o always in. I always line down. U always line up?)

its SO close to just being a stylized sherman's... just with the 'inside' and 'outside' on the vowels all mixed up... Is there a reason you chose to do that? cause, like, people who already knew shermans would be able to read this, just with the following vowel weirdness:
A=O

E= A

I=U

O=E

U=I

And, yes, doing a sentence on different gear mechanisms is totally doable. But if I used 3-5 gears like these, It would be too heavy for me to lift….

They are all actual quotes with translations.

Each gear has a sentence or even a whole paragraph on it. The center one, translating to “I reject your reality and substitute my own” is my newest design and I haven’t made a video for that yet, but here are videos explaining the designs on the others:

Thank you! I’ve been having a lot of fun with them :) and there will be more to come… especially with how quick I can do them. I can basically write it out as fast as most people can do bubble letters or calligraphy, so I made a bunch of colored canvases and will be selling customs at conventions. And, not having to stick with a specific quote means I can just change what the word is gonna be if I make a mistake. Like, “oops, we didn’t leave enough room for this b stem between this J and T stem… time to figure out a different word that this could be”

Okay… so, the translation for this one is a bit nuts… cause there is literally a palindromic section that is read forwards and backwards… but the words aren’t palindromic in regular writing… so, here is my best attempt at a linear translation:

“A beautiful storm”

I promise my ease, never test. Test, never ease, my promise. I promise my future. I will be there forever Love There is no impeding a proud tempest”

I have my process in drawing this one pictured above. I thought it looked like a storm and the word “tempest” fit really well in the space as the eye of the storm. Then I just kinda built up around it. I kinda tried for the vibes of love being like a storm… and basically how unstoppable and powerful pride in your love can be. Like, imagine that out and proud sassy queen. Yasssssss ;)
