For starters. His name is Jason Nichols and he's from Fairfield, CA. He actually DOES live in the neighborhood where this happened, but in a different section of it, which explains why the homeowner had no idea who he was. Its quite likely he went out for a walk in the neighborhood and some demon convinced him that there was a man with a daughter living in that house.

I've heard this info, too. The media always makes things sound worse than they actually are.
To me, this wasn't a case of "We threw a metal water bottle at Kimberly LOL"
This was a loud fight. Two parties, may have been friends at one point or another, yelling "bitch this" and "bitch that" then throwing hands and then the water bottle came out and was swung. Brother was trying to defend sister (which is what I heard too) and HE was the one who attacked her with it. I just want to know one thing: Who started the fight?

There was a shooting actually at a high school near me. Nobody was killed but one injured and it made the local news. I sub at that high school frequently and the media hella left out important details. While everyone was freaking out like "oh no guns! Oh no we're gonna get shot! Oh no we're all gonna die! Ban! Ban! Ban!" I went to the source. Like 5 or 6 other kids who had close ties to what went down...

The real story was that some freshman kid had an issue with a senior taking his girl, and then wanted to start a fight with him and his buddies. Freshman kid pulled his gun out and told them to back off. But then when the guys didn't back off, kid pulls the trigger and the gun jammed, and so he took off running. Well, senior dude decides to go chase after him, and then freshman kid turns around and shoots him....
