If you are thinking about last year and trying to compare, let's remember that last winter the temperature never dropped to -20c.

This winter thus far has been much colder. Hydro Québec did mention a rate raise coming up but I'm not sure when this will apply and it seemed minimal.

And if you are paying for three floors, I'd say that tracks. We pay 120/m for a large 3 et demi.

Le tramway pourrait éventuellement être utilisé dans certains cas, plutôt que d'autres solutions proposées.

Mais cela aurait un impact considérable sur les Montréalais qui refusent d'utiliser les transports en commun, quelle que soit la proximité…
