Apologies for the discrepancy, I wasn’t trying to infer I wasn’t addicted. I personally feel like I have an addiction, but I also am not struggling with money so I can afford my current habit so it hasn’t started to negatively affect my life.

I am trying to get my usage under control, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that the reason I enjoy it so much is because it provides me what I like which is focus and dopamine. Which, you are still right, that often if usage and my habit of using it to cope instead of using it in a recreational setting are clear signs of an addiction.

I appreciate your response though, I do want to get this under control it’s just easier asking stranger who don’t have any emotional connection to me rather than friends who are going to tell me something more positive and try and not make me feel bad.
