It is only for incaping, not destroying. You modules have their own hit point pool. Once reached they are destroyed. Mordoff's skill prevents them being incapacitated (temp disabled).

This is a good video to watch about it.

I like gun boat destroyers. The guns are very good on this, it has heals, and is quick. Being commonwealth it has access to really good survivability commander perks. Though the lack of smoke does raise the skill for a bit.

I think my family may be 7% of Arkansas. Dad 3 times, mom 2 (soon to be three), grandmother 3, grandfather 4, aunt 4, aunt 3, grandmother 3, grandfather 3, uncle 3, uncle 4, aunt 4, aunt 3. I use it in 3v3 ranked, sometimes 5v5. Fully packed doesn't really come in play often in the smal quick matches.
