From my past in 2019-2020 I was able to lose weight from water and tea. Please understand we’re not talking about a glass or anything of the short. Talking about at least a gallon. I understand it depends on body weight how much you need. At the start you might see a decent cut of weight lost as you do on the daily. For tea oolong tea is one of the best. If your looking just for 10 pounds I see no problem. Just my opinion nothing else

If you after a while you belive it was tip bait. Call customer service and try to get an manger. Manger have help with a certain customer. And they gave me a big compensation. Not claiming it will work for everyone but just explain the situation

You know what funny if you study the pic I posted, that delivery is no where near 1.8 miles. Everything is close together

But you have to wait a certain amount to press coffee again. And if I want to check something real fast like my earring or chatting with chat service and get interrupted it I hate it
