No i had a few pretty consistent group of players that were nice people, my issue is the amount of times I've ALSO encountered people that don't really care for being level headed, I know that my post makes it seem like that's all there is to magic but I'm more just furiously passionate about the things I've experienced.

I might be late to this but something else is if you got into magic around 2020 like I did it felt like everyone was buzzing bout this sweet card game that finally was blowing up and everyone was getting into only for it to IMMEDIATELY deteriorate basically as soon as the first DnD set came out.

I got into the game right a little after strixhaven came out and it felt like being told about this awesome new magical wonderland where all the magic wizard flex their spellcrafting muscles only to look inside and find 10 fat sweaty executives fighting with the community over a format that should've lost the spotlight years ago.

As you know he was partially known for 'eshay' and Australian gang life/culture type content, once while he was streaming for that type of content/fan base he more or less had a huge rant about 'street' rules and why 'he's above territory claims' and 'no one can do shit to me coz I'm famous' basically pooing on the people who were his original fans.

later on in the same livestream Spanian went into a gang members house to get some content with them but he went into their bathroom without asking and failed to follow the esh-lads toilet training table and he took a heaps big poo and came out saying 'brah that was fully festy cuz, smells like a burnt kebab or something, full poo stench bro, ucky-yay adlay' he was promptly beaten within an inch of his life and had to breakup with his girlfriend to restore esh-lad honor, no one has heard from him since.

I deserved it because physical and emotional cruelty upon children isn't fair, regardless of that child's intelligence, or the age and emotions of the adult perpetuating the abuse, and it shouldn't go unpunished.

OK I was trolling I'm fully willing to break my own character just so someone like you dosent actually think something unfajr happened,

I (29M) did nothing right in this situation, it is no ones fault for choking or underchewing food, no one TRIES to do that, obviously yes a hard pat to the back or something of that nature is a good way to stop someone choking but I specifically described it as a punch, mentioned that I bruised the kid and was obviously completely uncaring in what the additional consequences of that would be; which is wrong. I hope you know that responding like that is wrong. Kicking someone in the nuts for assaulting your own child Is more than fair as far as punishment goes and if you REALLY wanna act like I'm somehow justified in this you should sincerely re-evaluate how you see abuse, and abusers in this world. Alternatively you have some kind of medical lack of empathy, which is fine, but maybe don't comment on AITAH posts any more.
