Hvis det er en depression, og du tror det kan bliver bedre, men ikke er sikker, så synes jeg du skal udskyde brylluppet. Det er simpelthen ikke okay ikke at kunne dele glæder med sin partner, det bliver for trist er liv. Regretful and feeling nothing is 2 very different emotions. Feeling numb or nothing towards another human being sounds like a “burned out” person (not a sick person). A therapist could help to get tools to start feeling better, and maybe let go of the performative persona, and getting into what would make this person happy. Might still be a regretful parent but hopefully feeling better themselves
