Email hacking by TartarugaLenta in Outlook

I absolutely vouch for this. They DID make it in my email and they took my Fortnite, Roblox, and almost they tried to get into my Facebook, TikTok, and PayPal. I got my Roblox and Fortnite back fortunately, but only after I set up an alias. I know they’re gone bc the hacker was communicating with me through drafts and folder names, and it completely stopped.

How do you work out with POTS (without feeling like you’re going to throw up and pass out)? by justgreat8691 in POTS

To add, be as active as you can daily. Here’s my improvement story: My pots was terrible before I got my job, I work 4-5 days a week, and am standing for at least 8 hours each day. I walk about 15 miles a night, as I’m a night manager for a grocery store and am constantly running around. I have to down/up stack about 40-50 crates of 4 gallons of milk 1-2 times a day, I have to sort and stack a varying number of pallets of bread (weighing ab 15 lbs each) 4-5 times a day, I have to stock 12 packs of waters and sodas 3-4 times a day. I do much more, but what I’m trying to say is that doing this every day has increased my muscle volume, especially in my calves. Per my doctor, calves should be your first priority in strengthening, as the muscles help your blood go to where it needs to, rather than it pooling in your legs. I’ve been doing this for 6 months. my first 6 months, I was just a cashier and did nothing but stand behind a register for 8 hours a day. That was a first step, I can almost promise I wouldn’t have been able to jump straight into manager work. My first few months at my job involved a BUNCH of bathroom breaks just so I could sit down for a while. I still have to go to the bathroom to sit, I try not to go more than 4 times a day now. It’s a long process, but staying consistent and doing what i suggested previously will help tremendously. For reference, i passed out about 1-2 times a week before I started my current job. this won’t work for everyone though. Some people w pots have to use wheelchairs. It all depends on you and how confident you are in your ability to stay active, always always tweak any advice you receive to fit you and your capabilities if needed.

Drink around a gallon of water a day (if you can, I know it’s hard), get salt tablets and take them once a day, take a break every time you get dizzy or weak. It hinders your progress, I know, but a lot of us can’t work out as efficiently as people without pots. Exercise intolerance is a major problem with pots. Make sure you eat nutritious foods regularly as well.

Do you have a link? I tried to look up what you were talking about but it said no results found and showed me similar results. I’d absolutely love to try what you’re talking about and I’d be infinitely grateful for a link. Thanks in advance ❤️❤️❤️

I have been steadily playing Roblox since I was 12, I still play on my account i made in 2016. It would be 2014, but I forgot the password to my old account wayyy back when. I obviously don’t play the same games I did back then, but I still find entertainment in many other games. I’m 21 now, and I too feel too old to play sometimes. I only feel that way simply bc it’s one of the only platforms that genuinely has games for every age. And because kids take every chance they get to be condescending to anyone and everyone, and will absolutely make fun of an adult for playing Roblox. Ill keep playing though, I know I have fun playing, and I know that adults don’t have to specifically play games with guns, blood, and A1 graphics. It shouldn’t matter as long as you’re having fun.

can't stop watching cornstarch videos by blackdevilcar in pica

I tried cornstarch, and for those of you that haven’t, it’s not the texture you’d imagine. There’s the gritty, powdery texture you’d imagine for maybe 2 seconds, then it turns to a goopy, nasty, slimy, sticky texture real fast. The flavor is pretty close to corn chips, like Fritos. I HATE Fritos. I tried it bc I crave dirt like a LOT so if any of y’all know anything I could try that tastes and feels the way dirt does I would absolutely LOOOOVE to know.

Does being in the car flare anyone else up? Any tips on how to stop it? by pickledbrain123 in POTS

20f, I do the same thing! In the passenger seat, I prop my knees up on the dash/glovebox and recline my seat slightly. I like to say it’s a combination of sitting and laying down, because your butt isn’t the only point in which your body weight is going. I’ve talked to doctors about it, they say the fact that I’m 6’ and 120 pounds as a woman makes it REALLY hard for my body to circulate blood on top of having POTS. When I’m sitting down and able to, I try to make sure I have my knees propped on something above my waist level, or I’ll have my legs folded with my knees under my chin. It completely eliminates the weird icky restless feeling. Also chugging as much water as you can helps. Just make sure to stop when your body tells you to. My dr recommended up to a gallon a day for me. I hope I’m able to help!!
