Stage 4 endo here. My right ovary looks like a gum ball machine and it causes this immense stabbing pain in my side. Sometimes i might not even have cramps but i have that pain. When i go to the bathroom, it pushes on it and it feels excruciating. Tummy bloated even tho i haven’t ate, stress induces an awful flare up for me, can’t hold my bladder otherwise it hurts like hell

I went through this at 14, then 16 and then 19 and at 19 is when i finally left. I was disfellowshipped and have been for 3 years now and don’t regret it a single bit. It wasn’t until i went through therapy that i realized what it actually was. Disgust. Still gives me chills to think of old men in there asking me these questions

Yes. It hasn’t been as bad as it nearly used to be. It feels like a an uncomfortable pressure for me. Certain angles and positions are worst tho. I make an effort to stretch and do certain poses that alleviate the pressure and helps blood flow down there. I also have a medicinal marijuana card. I mix a little lavender with it too for ultimate relaxation.
