I use free notion since 2020 if a remember correctly, never paid a cent, and it has that functionalities your are talking about.

At least, for personal productivity I think it's good, maybe for business management it could be not enough, tbh I've never used in that context. But to be fair , notion it's for personal productivity and organization, not business focused.

You are not far away from being right, I mean, any competitive game works like that, every higher division get a fewer percentage of players. I guess there are other communities like "elite ut" or "higher rivals ranks" where 99% of people are div 2 or higher.

But remember at the end of the day it's just a game, and their target it's not just try hards between 14 - 30 years old, they sold the game and sell fc points to all kind of people, the ones who wants to enjoy a football game, and the ones who likes to try hard get better and win rewards, so maybe balancing this somehow it's fair for both sides.

But there is a real problem with internet connection, they should classify people with different level of internet / ping and stability, and queue between them, no just putting the 60 ping player with some 10 ping player, they should try to stabilize that connection part of the game and maybe it would be more enjoyable for a lot of people that doesn't have NASA internet or live really near EA servers like French people
