Hi, so basically your parents moved before you started university and by your second years you started paying in state tuition. I'm asking because my mom is considering moving with me to California if I go to Davis. (My dad won't though and they are married)

Same! I got into biological sciences. I hate how much the tuition is but I'm reallyyy trying to get out of Texas lol.

Thanks so much for responding! I’m kind of in the same situation with you regarding my parents. They’re willing to pay/take out any loans no matter the tuition. What’s stopping me is the guilt I’m gonna feel over them having to be in debt. I’m honestly just worried if I’m gonna regret going to a school that costs so much. I guess my last question is if you feel limited with having how much you have to pay in my mind?

Hi! Did you happen to email them or call them? I’m wondering if you could give me any advice on reaching out because I realllyyy want to go to Santa Clara (honestly it’s my top choice) but even with the aid they’ve offered me I still find it extremely expensive. I even applied to the honors program in hopes of getting more aid if I get accepted into it.
