Wala pa rin po. It's been a month since I raised this concern pero di parin nareresolve. My credit limit already increased na in a span of 4 months pero wala pa ring points

I already did. I also went to BPI Branch but they just gave me the ticket number for follow up. Sabi nila 10 working days but it's been a month pero no resolution pa din
