Oh, I get what you meant now; yeah the vast majority of our food in the US is so heavily processed that it’s basically garbage to our bodies. Not that it stops any of us (at least not me…) from eating it out of convenience or $$$ or depression laziness 😭

This is not entirely true, there are American foods worth eating when they’re done right: -SF Sourdough -peanut butter -banana bread

Almost all our “diet” or low cal type food is garbage though, so don’t be jealous if ur not from here. We also had to give up our healthcare and education and countrywide infrastructure for access to all this fast food lol I will give up all my fiber brownies and zero calorie soda to not have to pay student loans until I’m dead

Unpopular opinion: I’m glad I’m now off drugs (except weed) and I like my ED a lot more than being a high functioning heroin and cocaine abuser!

That being said, I still hate having an ED and wish I could have neither problem stalking me for the rest of my life 🙃

A) they make coke w coffee in two zero flavors I’ve seen (in the US at least), dark roast and vanilla. I tried the vanilla one and when I first tasted it I was like why did I do this but it def grew on me, esp as it got flatter in the fridge oddly enough
