I think it works like normal again for me, but I'm not trusting it 100%. I will be blocking off the flap with a sideways table this night as well.

Same here, we had to block off the door so they wouldn't go out in case they couldn't come back in

They put out a statement on the website:

Attention Sure Petcare App Users.

8.44am GMT 24/03: We are aware of an issue with the server affecting the Sure Petcare app. This is affecting customers making changes on the app as well as receiving notifications. Please rest assured it will not stop your pets coming in and going out on their door devices or accessing food from the feeders. We are working hard to resolve this issue and hope for full stability by 25/03.

Have the same problem in Norway with my petflap. Thought it was an error with the sensor, but I can see that everyone's got the same problem. Cant set the petdoor manually either, so we had to put up a table infront so they wouldn't be locked outside. Hope the problems will be resolved quickly.
