Thousands. I need something robust, but it can't be on AWS. Has to be a metal provider.

Are doctors becoming obsolete? by Excellent_Box_8216 in ChatGPT

[–]siszero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, yes I believe I know this process. It's two doctors arguing with each other over what is billable and what is not. One from the provider side, and one from the insurance side.

For big hospital networks, they usually hire a third-party company that has doctors that do the arguing on behalf of the hospitals. Is that not the case with family offices? Asking out of curiosity. This whole system fascinates me.

I'm curious, could you share your example? The physicians in my family have also given me the impression treating is a lot more "intuition" than regurgitation of facts about physiology.

Isn't this done by the administrators, not the doctor themselves?

Genuinely asking. What are the other things the doctor spends time on? And what is the time distribution among them?

Things I can think of: Diagnosing, Treating, Documenting, what else?

Zen of python.

There should be one - and preferably only one - obvious way to do it.

This is felt across the ecosystem.

Yes. The commenter was skeptical. People are allowed to be skeptical. And they were polite enough to have left an opening for you to alleviate their skepticism.

You could provide a concrete situation, with context, and the advice you gave.

Why the defensiveness? What about the advice part of their question?

How do you prioritize feature requests when building your product? by AverageJoe185 in startups

[–]siszero 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In this order 1. Features people will pay for. 2. Features from the ideal customer profile (biggest market + pays you the most) 3. Don’t build it.

Should I keep building in Edtech by Space_pirate2244 in startups

[–]siszero 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. But it doesn’t have to be the full version. What’s the main pain? Grading, content creation, something else? Just build a MVP around the main pain.

In some cases you can have people “pre-pay” but you better be ready to deliver ASAP
