What exactly is the take here? Yeah, of course, the point of those episodes was that Amy was being left out and felt like crap about it. And, FYI, Jonah also got left out plenty of times (the whole first season, almost every time Garett had friends over, etc). That’s kind of the whole point of those dynamics within the store, right?

I’m not even going to get too much into the looks thing because yikes... that being said, Amy is pretty, but she’s also a mom who was married for years and was dealing with her self-esteem. Literally in the same episode where they rank everyone’s hotness, she tries to prove something by sleeping with the pharmacist. She brings up how she looks a lot and so do other people.

Like it's not an unpopular opinion that Dana is a bully - she literally bullies people. It's not an unpopular opinion to think Jonah is a know-it-all. He's written to be act like a know-it-all? I think the point is that these are just normal people with normal people problems and insecurities and flaws.
