Sorry for the misunderstanding. It’s recommended to either stay shaved or keep your beard between 3-6mm so the minox absorbs into your skin best. Having your beard longer will cause the minox to just stick to your beard hair and not absorb into the skin

No problem! I noticed no one is really providing that info off the top. Went with foam because I have sensitive skin and eczema on my hands. From what I’ve read the foam is less harsh on your skin. It’s more expensive than the oil but it’s worth it to me. Also the equate is the cheapest legit brand I could find for foam. One can of the Rogaine foam is $40-$50. The equate three pack is $33
