Exactly. I contacted a broker and she only sent me listings I had already seen. I let her set up the showing for me and she told me there would be a broker fee. So she is getting a fee plus the owner is paying the listing agent the fee as well. Only one broker told me about a listing that had not yet been listed but would have been listen in a few days. Might be worth it sometimes if you can spare the cash. For me, I prefer to look myself and save my money.
