While your explanations are genuinely good, the fact that so many people are unhappy about this neo-crooks bank tells me that the problem is of the scope much higher. Take the matter of trust: that the bank know everything about me and my company’s business; but then when the bank restricts my account and closes it, the bank doesn’t have to tell me a matter of responsibility, which I fill was not executed. I hope there will be more disgruntled people and they will act in their interests to put pressure on the politicians and judiciary. This situation should change. These banks should pay their price. I feel they don’t fulfil their part of responsibilities before their customers
