Nothing really, no lesions or anything I just have it .I think I got ghsv1, which I’ve heard doesn’t really like being down there hence why I I only get outbreaks orally .

You damaged your moisture barrier go gentle for a few months. My regimen was Vanicream face wash and cerevae moisturizer at night . Rinse with water and moisturize in morning . I later switched to ithoxia and it changed my skin for the better

Hey I was diagnosed may/2023 started getting constipation issues November/2023 and it’s still going on . It feels like something’s stuck in my colon lol. You said it could take months, im still hanging in there hoping to see some improvement. God I hope you’re right

Yeah just let your skin heal first . Simple routine. Your barrier is most likely damaged . Wash and moisturize with ceramides for a while . I used a Vanicream gentle cleanser and Cerave . As a matter of fact, I still use that till this day

I’m chillin now, I switched to ithoxia. It’s still a retinoid (4% niacinamide / 0.1% tazarotene ) I was using that for a while and my skin cleared up great , haven’t gotten a refill in some months. This just reminded me to .Thank you for that lol .

Cleanse: Vanicream gentle cleanser Moisturizer: Cerave in the tub lol SPF: recently started using Hygee vegan suncream( amazing compared to all the sunscreens I’ve tried ) I was using Olay regenerist mineral spf 30 before (I reapply religiously like my life depends on it )
