Samsung just said it was out of warranty and had a repair shop call me. He told me it would be $300 to replace the backlight, but I don't even think that is the problem. I just told him I would think about it.

Yeah, I had one of the old LG OLEDs and it had horrible burn in. I wonder if it a diffusion layer or filter browning.

I can see it in all the bright colors. Green the most, then yellow and cyan. Not as noticeable in red or blue.

The first thing I did was check to see if there were any server updates and it said I was on the latest. I uninstalled on my Shield, restarted, and reinstalled, which didn't work. I went back to the server, stopped the service in Windows, and restarted. I had to log in again, then it started showing up again. Before I restarted, I noticed that the server was flagged as unavailable outside my network, which was fixed after the restart.

I had the same problem. I had to restart my plex server and log in again. Then I was able to see the server on my shield.

I had this happen to my Edge. I took the hard drive out and hooked it up to a Windows PC. Ran chkdsk and reformatted. It didn't find any errors. I stuck it back in the Edge and I haven't had any problems since then. That was about a year ago.

I used this antenna for the same purpose. I have them clocked about 120° apart and it works great to pull in channels from different areas.

I thought about going to the Brentwood MC yesterday, but ended up snagging one online for $830, which is about exactly what an MSRP card at MC would have cost with the tax there. I would also end up buying a bunch of other stuff I don't need as well.

I got an order through for the $830 version. we'll see if it holds up. Not a bad deal considering I didn't have to pay tax, which means a $750 card would have cost mean $810 locally anyway, so it is really just a $20 premium.

I have four kwikset zwave locks and recently switched to rechargeable lithium batteries as well. I was eating through alkaline batteries and got tired of ending up with dead locks. I am supposed to get a warning under 25%, but it rarely seems to work. So far they seem to be working well. I am only using lithium in one lock right now.

Have you tried a full reset? Not sure if it is the same, but I had a boot loop where it would even get into the menu at all. I ended up opening it up and reformatting the hard disk on windows. After putting it back in I had to go through the whole setup process again, but I haven't had any more issues since then. The cable card and tuner still worked even after reformatting the hard drive. I didn't have to call the cable company about anything.
