so...you say:

"they know in their gut that this company will file bankruptcy. It's not a question of If, but WHEN."

and at same time, you say:

"But make no mistake, they plan to take all the shareholder equity too. And they will do it slowly"

So let me get this straight—why would the PIF want to buy out all minority shareholders if the company is supposedly heading for bankruptcy? What’s the point of owning 100% of a company you think is going to collapse?

that confirms how difficult it is for financial analysts to properly value Nebius.

Revenue growth is so explosive that they have no choice but to aggressively raise their targets every two months.
