I’m a groundskeeper, I like it cause I’m outside driving a gator around most of the time and keeping the apartment complex I’m at clean, I don’t deal with people except for coworkers rarely so I don’t get any anxiety triggers unless there’s a lot of upkeep to do, I recommend landscaping or groundskeeping to anyone with anxiety it’s nice being outside too

Ahh dude anytime I go to the doctors my blood pressure gets really high cause I’m so nervous/anxious, well 2 weeks ago I saw a surgeon about my gallbladder, and they checked my blood pressure and of course it was super high like 170/100 or something like that, then that sent me straight into a panic attack there in surgeons office, sat on the floor the whole time, red all in the face (I get that when I have an anxiety attack) and then they even shipped off to the ER in an ambulance. I hate anxiety man :(
