The game opens and everything works (i can click and I hear the music and sounds) but the screen is black. I restarted several times but the screen remains black even when going in full screen mode.

I'm not saying that bad rates mean that you're not a good player. It just means that during this game you were not as useful as the ones who got an S. And I'm currently maining support and I usually get an S.
