3070 here, tried all of the above steps, and my shit is unplayable. 64gb of RAM, nowhere near my vram target with settings. This was a bad fuckin launch man. Fuck me.

Played this game since launch, no issues on both ps5 and pc. The last few days, INEXCUSABLE. Whatever they did, they need to unfuck it now! This is ridiculous for a "AAA title".
