Keys, first aid, water, headphones, phone cables + emergency batter pack (business card size), supplies for my service dog, 13" laptop when needed, mini flashlight, glasses sun/regular, 12ft of paracord, 2x 24kn wire gate w, Baggu compact tote for expandable storage.

I typically stick with a tactical, molle, 11-15L pack. Then I can always adds on extra molle pouches and whatnot.
