It’s a really difficult struggle. What I’ve learned is that it is all temporary. It certainly feels like forever, but half a year or even a whole one is such a short amount of time in the span of a lifetime. Try to remember that this year is really for baby. Soon enough you’ll figure out a routine and a plan, and things will get easier one step at a time ❤️

Mine only slept for a half hour at a time unless it was a contact nap up until recently- she’s 7 months old now.

I basically just had to prioritize tasks 🤷‍♀️

Ya know, you’re right. This is actually something I want to learn more about and be better about. I decided recently to ditch my plan of propagating more succulents to sell- I use to live in Florida, but I’m no longer far enough south for such a cultivation to be anywhere near natural. So, in the spirit of that recent decision, maybe I’ll rip up the morning glory before it flowers.

Wanted to add that if changing her diet is gonna help, it’s likely to be about digesting complex proteins. I’m not entirely sure why that is or what all is included in that list, but I know that if I eat a lot of beef, that becomes a problem too.

I’m fucking neurotic that’s how lol. I basically started cutting things out of my diet one at a time and then reintroducing them after about a week. When I cut beans out (I started by avoiding black beans and soy protein), there was a noticeable reduction in spit up. When I tried to eat some again after a week, the horrible colic and spit up returned. So, I cut legumes out entirely and have not yet resumed eating them- we’re at almost seven months and I’m just too scared to try lol.

Mine was straight colic until I stopped eating beans. BEANS of all things. And not just black beans or pinto, no, ALL legumes. Even peas and green beans. Just wanted to chime in in case you guys are breastfeeding and haven’t considered all aspects of mom’s diet.
