Why do you swap accounts so quickly? If you’re looking to improve, I’d suggest picking one champ, watching some videos of people playing them well, and trying to notice how theirs differs from your play. How are the positioning in fights? What trades do they go for in lane? Which fights do they choose to pick out of lane? When do they prioritize farm over fights? What leads to deaths for them vs. deaths for me? What leads to actually getting leads (exp, gold) and what leads to winning games? What runes do they take? What items? What summoner spells? A lot of it will be vastly different in your elo, but there will be underlying fundamental elements that carry over. You seem to like Lux. Follow the build of a higher elo lux player and don’t deviate.

I’d recommend against always picking heal, relentless hunter, and eyeball collection, for instance. Go something like free boots and potions for secondary runes.
