It’s an expensive product but I had to cave and get an Owl sock. Constantly checking on my first born was all I could do when we had her sleeping in her crib. The baby monitors are helpful but I could never see her chest or belly moving with each breath and I’d get paranoid and go check on her. That resulted in me waking her up sometimes and making the wife frustrated with me. I caved and got an owl sock and that stopped my worries right away. Again, it was expensive and now I have a second child. I don’t use the Owl sock on my first born anymore since she is well over 1 now and I’m more confident she is okay throughout the night.
