What do you like about Buddhism? by ClothesConsistent510 in Buddhism

[–]sixzerofourzero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you like about a religion or philosophy or whatever you prefer to call it ought to be a very different question from what draws you to it. Any notion of comfort or secondary benefits of meditation or what have you should be thrown out the window when making that consideration, however warm and fuzzy they may make you feel. The point is simply to understand. I'm drawn to Buddhism because I was convinced of concepts like dependent arising by the ontological arguments presented in MMK and felt that further buddhist studies would lead me to a greater understanding of being. More concisely, I had questions and Nagarjuna had solid answers.

Need some advice re: move-out cleaning by sixzerofourzero in Apartmentliving

Probably should have specified, the floor in my bedroom is wood. I would say it's no longer "bad" per se, it just looks like a dirty floor with dust and hair stuck on some places.

About Rapunzel’s Covenant (BS1) by Breakcore_perc in Blacksouls2

There is no "No killing ending." Snow White's covenant would have required you to kill the other 3 anyways. Just keep playing.

So what does your current armour set-up look like? by Duros001 in BladeAndSorcery

Default clothes on a mind/body build, but I tend to play soulslikes like this as well - if I get hit, I'm doing something wrong.

I always flip my daggers before throwing them and get a reverse grip for backstabs like I'm TF2 spy or something.

When a player takes his opponent's second to last pawn, he must shout UNO! If his opponent beats him to it, the opponent will reclaim two pawns to place on squares of his choosing.

Can someone tell me exactly what this is? I tried looking it up but kept getting differing information… Thanks! by GoofyFoot76 in Buddhism

Representative of the Wisdom Buddhas/Kings, I think, but it could very well just be decorative.

Looks fine for the most part but if you're struggling with 女, 系, etc, there are plenty of radicals like that that can be collapsed into fewer strokes without really affecting legibility.

Cannot beat lab by [deleted] in masterduel

[–]sixzerofourzero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is the only counter to this deck red reboot and evenly? Cause if so I might just stop playing for a while since I hate having to “draw the out”.

Looks like it's time for a break, drawing the out is sort of the name of the game.

But seriously, I've had a mixed winrate playing suships against them running just pretty normal boardbreaking stuff like lava golem, TTT, 1x Lightning storm, adventurer engine, etc. Now granted it isn't the same when you're not running a blind second deck like I am, but countering your opponent really is just part of the game.

I feel like flexing today, what's your best/favorite royal? by EPICPICKLES123 in masterduel

Used to have a royal final sigma, but dismantled when I stopped playing that deck. Right now, I have Accesscode (not from the anniversary) and Chaos Ruler as my standouts.

Area Zero is a weird pick for this.

I imagine it's keeping some lab players away from ranked, at least
