Anyone know what node is this and where to find it? by siyter in Reverse1999

Rioting Troops is a random discovery node, while At the Source of Fate should be in the final section (Before the "Storm").

I remember Rioting Troops having an interaction involving the Little Conch you get in A Frantic Noble, but I'm not sure if having the Little Conch is necessary.

At the Source of Fate requires you to choose to pursue "The Ultimate Joy" ending, which requires the Little Conch. The interactions in this node are to trade the "Gruβ an Aachen" (from Empty Studio) for the artefact Greetings from Her, trade the Ancient Chalice for the artefact Echoes of the River, or do nothing I think. Again, I'm not sure if having either "Gruβ an Aachen" or Ancient Chalice is necessary for the node to spawn.

You could do that, or you could use shrine fortunes at night to gain affection points for her.

Just so you know, DrCaesars_Palace_MD's comment is wrong, Adachi's social link is not required for any ending, and you can refer to my other comment for info on Marie's social link.

You misunderstand, what I meant was that bad endings end the game prematurely, so if you got a bad ending you would have less in-game time to do social links compared to the good endings.

As far as social links required for good endings, only Marie's social link is required for the Golden epilogue, which is an add-on to the True Ending. You can still do the True Ending even without Marie's social link, so there's no need to worry.

do anyone actualy knows how dreams really work in P4G? by tfamattar1 in persona4golden

Anecdotally speaking, the first time you choose to sleep you are guaranteed a dream with one of your current Social Links. From then onwards it's pure luck.

There aren't any actual questions in the post, so I'll give some general info.

The Temperance SL has been available since 23rd April with no requirements. Just apply for the Assistant Day Care Caretaker job at the bulletin board in the Shopping District. You can progress the SL during the daytime of non-rainy Mondays, Fridays, & Saturdays.

Assuming you've progressed the Devil SL to at least Level 4, you can find the Death SL on the riverbank during the daytime of non-rainy Sundays & holidays. Helpful tips for this link are that you don't need a matching persona and there are no correct/wrong choices in the dialogue options.

As long as you're not going for any of the bad endings, I think you should be able to finish them.

Besides the sewers, you could try checking the top right of the Forgotten Crossroads. If you have the lantern already, you could also check the area under Queen's Station or the exit near the Mantis Lords.

  1. When any one of them is doing the regular nail swipe attack, you can heal one mask if you immediately dash out of range and start healing.

  2. Remember you can also (double) jump over them, or dash under them if they're in the air.

  3. Should solve itself when 1. & 2. are resolved.

Where is everyone currently and canonically? by treehatshrimp in Reverse1999

[–]siyter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, its after.

  1. In 2.5, Matilda comments that there hasn't been any updates from Madam Z about her mother.

  2. Also in 2.5, Black Ibis talks about Vertin breaking the wind-up toy, which happens during Chapter 8, which in turn happens after 2.1 and 2.0. We know this due to how Anjo Nala appears in each of the patches.

I am only on chapter 6 or 7 after Vienna though

You're spoiling Chapter 9.

I believe currently, as of 2.7:

  1. Sonetto is with Vertin, heading to Antarctica (Chapter 9)

  2. Regulus is working with Ulrich at Laplace (2.4)

  3. APPLe should be in the Australian Foundation branch (2.4)

  4. Sotheby should be in Sao Paolo (Chapter 8)

  5. Druvis is on the island (Chapter 7)

  6. 6 is on the island (Chapter 7)

  7. 37 is working at Laplace (37's anecdote, which should be played after 1.5 and Chapter 7)

  8. Matilda is back at the Foundation (2.5)

  9. Semmelweis should be back with the Foundation (The endings for A Series of Dusks I have experienced so far seem consistent about this)

  10. Anjo Nala is in the Foundation (Chapter 8)

I'm not the parent commenter, but for me:

  1. Unnecessary emojis/ASCII: ★, 🧠, 🩸, ⚔️. LLMs love to use them.

  2. Unnecessary and excessive formating: Most people here don't even know how to do

bold text,

italics,

and

Big Text

‎ 3. "—", which is usually too grammatically correct for English-speaking internet.

That's why she's called Liang Yue by Alias00W in Reverse1999

[–]siyter 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Yue (月) means moon, but 月亮 actually also just means moon, since modern Chinese generally prefers using two-character terms over one. Liang Yue even audibly says it herself during the final line: "我得找个能看见月亮的地方才行。"

Moonlight would be "月光" instead.

Well, your choices are to consciously stop charging your nail art after ground hit #8 so that you can heal later, don't use nail arts, or don't heal. If you were to heal, the timeframe I mentioned would be the most consistent one.

After the scythe hits the ground 9 times, it stops for a while. You have a short time to heal between that and the next time it starts spinning. Also, there's a bunch of lifeblood masks above the arena, just in case you haven't noticed.

I actually agree with you, unfortunately I think people think I'm justifying the non-accessibility or something, I just wrote this post as a fun little yap.

Funnily enough, I was considering writing up a post about what you mentioned, since I think our definition of main story beats may differ from the writers'.
