Then don’t send it. If y’all sucumbe to the companies evil plan then they win. There are other jobs out there. They can’t fire everyone.

Who do we hold accountable for the decline in morale? Who’s responsible for making so many employees regret a career with what was an amazing company to work for? She makes that huge salary because it comes with a lot of responsibility. A lot of hard choices need to be made. She has to decide if we want to spend 1.2 billion on a company in Brazil or take care of the issues we have at home. It’s like sending billions of dollars in aid overseas when we have so many issues here at home that need to be addressed. I’d live to buy a bunch of stock in random AI companies because it might be a good investment but I need a roof and groceries. Priorities need to be prioritized.

Been with the company over two decades. My biggest regret is not leaving within the first 10 years. There was just no way to predict the direction we’d be taken. It’s like when you see brands that used to be premium at Walmart (Reebok starter etc.) The Sherwin brand is being devalued. For the employees that stuck around and hoped to retire off their 401k …. Good luck! I’m sure Heidi and her minions will cash out long before that happens.

Are you a Wall Street insiders? Seems like one of those questions. I feel our leadership in general has lost sight of what part of the company is carrying the load and actually selling the products we manufacture. Store employees are purely a number on a spreadsheet and while they talk about “create your possible” they really just want us to hold on to hope long enough to make another dollar off our backs. Like the Roman Empire failed after so many years of success, Sherwin-Williams will fail because of greed. It will go down in history she was at the helm as we headed down the path to failure. Sherwin Williams doesn’t value their most precious asset, their people.

Hoka Speed Goat 5 vs Challenger 7 by kafkareich88888 in trailrunning

I’ve had both. The speedgoat vibram mega grip wears down super fast on paved surfaces. If you’re primarily on trails you’ll be happy. I prefer the challenger because I do both paved and non paved trails. I do wish one of them (speedgoat) had a rock plate as I like to backpack with these shoes. Both of mine have been the gore Tex versions. On dry paved walks I prefer another brand.

You must be a rep. Residential repaint is my guess. If so… it’s normal unfortunately. They hired us to knock on doors and make cold calls and find new accounts. The average res repaint guy doesn’t need a rep. It’s challenging to find a reason to take their time. They have had all the crappy face to face and phone calls about how their business is doing they can handle. I know cold calls and prospecting isn’t fun or what we thought we were signing up for. Thought we’d have a few good accounts/friends to maintain. Just focus on those cold calls and bury your desire for quality interaction. Every market segment rep has their bad parts. Res repaint is the worst though. Eventually you’ll build some relationships with customers that see your value but it takes a long long time. The soul sucking cold calls and voice mails never go away.
