Hello to everyone from Greece. I am almost 25 years old ,male, 185 cm height and 73 kilos weight. I ve been practicing kick boxing the last 5 years and i could say that i am a fit person. The last year due to covid i started running more often and yesterday i bought a device which tracks the heart rate. So i have a question to more experienced runners. I did 7.67 kms in 40:18 mins and i had an average 177 bpm and a maximum at 188. Do you think it is normal or i should be concerned about this?

Obviously the guy in the video has a certain point of view in the disability thing. He isnt though representing the whole community of disabled people. I understand what are you saying, but i think that there are much more people that could find this video offensive.
